Travel Consultant – Group Tours Specialist

Antipodes Travel, a family-owned and operated inbound agency specialising in the French-speaking market, is seeking an organised and motivated Travel Consultant to join our team in Dunedin.
This role focuses primarily on managing and coordinating our small group tours throughout New Zealand.

About the Role

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning and delivery of our small group tours. You’ll manage enquiries, coordinate bookings with suppliers, and support our guides and partners to provide exceptional travel experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing our group tour series from enquiry to completion
  • Managing bookings with accommodation, activities, transport, and other suppliers
  • Liaising closely with tour guides to ensure seamless operations
  • Handling administrative tasks including invoicing and payments
  • Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries
  • Managing issues or last-minute changes during the booking or travel period

  • Good level in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in reservations and customer service in the tourism industry

Full time position, 35-40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Starting date: early January 2026. Potential training mid-December.
